Lincoln Trail District Health department offers confidential testing and helps connect expecting parents with community resources. We also provide proof of pregnancy to help you on your journey to qualify for services like WIC, Medicaid, etc.

This service is available to those who are: uninsured, underinsured, or receive Medicaid.
